We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it has been dispatched. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order details. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or size due to production processes are not considered defects and will not qualify for a return.
